SOMETHING THAT I ALWAYS WANTED TO DO

Hi classmates,

Today I´m going to talk to you about something that I always wanted  to do.

Well.. when I was a little child I was a very crazy girl and carried to my ideas, I don´t know how my mother had me patience, because I was a real “chucky”. In those years my dream was to fly like a birds. I said to my father  that I carried in the broom with a pillow and made me fly for all the garden.. for me was the best thing of the life!! I was a bird!!! and since this moment one of my dream was to fly!. In the present I always wanted to do Parachute jumping it´s a dream for me, the air ballon´s very magic!!. Someday I`m  going to do… but I`m imagine that it´s very expensive and I don´t know where make parachute jumping here in Chile…

One of the extreme things that I made it is “Swing” with my Little sister when I was around 18 years old in “Mahuida Park” in the commune La Reina. The experience was very exciting and incredible!!! afther that I´m feeling very liberating and relaxing.

Other thing that I would like to do is jump in “Benji” it´s very extreme and made me scare!! but the sensation must be priceless.

An artist I'd like to talk about

Hi class, I hope you are well, today I´m going to talk to you about an artist I´d like to talk to you

Well… I don´t have any favourite artist, but I´d like very much Salvador Dali and I´d like to talk about him. Salvador Dalí was born on May 11, 1904, in Figueres, Spain. The mother of Dali indulged in his art and early eccentricities. Dalí was practice his art and would eventually go on to study at an academy in Madrid. In1920, he went to Paris and began interacting with artists such as Miro, Magritte and Picasso, which led to Dalí's first Surrealist phase. He is perhaps best known for his 1931 painting The Persistence of Memory ( my favourite since a child ) showing melting clocks in a landscape setting.

Dali´s work exploring many forms including classical painters like Diego Velázquez and Raphael. He also dabbled in avant-garde art movements such as Dada and it philosophy influenced his work throughout his life and he worded in a small collages of his dream images.

Dali was influenced by Sigmund Freud with the psychoanalytic theories

For example in “The persistence of memory”  It´s said that the painting conveys several ideas within the image, chiefly that time isn´t rigid and everything is destructible.

I´m writing about Dali history because I´m interesting in the surrealism that is a movement very pyschologic and maintain. I think he´s important in the artistic world because he breack with the tradition of the painting .

Other artist that I like very much is Paul Cezanne, because he break with the prospect in the painting and reflect about the pictorial language, granting autonomy to the box.

Cezanne was considered the father of moder painting.

Misconceptions about Art

Hi classmates! I´m hope you are well.

Today I´m going to talk to you about the popular misconceptions about Art or studying Art.

I´m think that the people are very crazy… each time ask me about my future work and in general they are think that the artist will be poor.

People..not think that the artist are genius even want to paint their walls, them think that the artist it´s the best drawing and painting of the world them say me “drawing me or painting me” and I don´t draw well. They think that the artist is who draw to perfection the ¨reality¨ almost photography and I don´t think so it´s makes me frustrate and make me laugh, because the art is more than that, for me it´s a personal vision of the world, of the life, it´s a feeling.. I don´t like the reality art, for me don´t have a vision personal of the world.

Some friends of the school or the old career say me “ohh the artists are very crazy and druggies” they´re ask me: what will you do of your life??? Where you will work? Will be sell any “matacolas” in the Bellavista Street? and they laugh, because them study a reliable career with very much money. It´s very ridiculous, but I love them.

My parents think that the art is a beautifull career but when I change of the career in the begin they´re have fear for my future, but in the present they are happy because I´m happy and is the best decision of my life! And they´re know that I´m will Worthy life.

My future job

Hi classmates! Today I´m going to talk to you about my future job

I´m would like to have a freelance job I don´t like work in a office!! I hate it! because it´s very closer and monotonous with much people and problems, is very stressful for me because I have a little claustrophobia.

The best work for me would be a work in my house, I would like to have a big workshop in my house with very much pencils, paint brush, oil paintings, and many different types of papers and lectern, with a beautiful garden view and with all my pets and my music very loudly!!!! because it`s the best company!

The true is I can´t imagine in a dependent working with schedules…by the contrary… my plan is make my own company of art interdisciplinary with my cousins, including musicians, designers, theaters, digital animation and with my psychology sister. Where there are outdoor and indoors spaces with a nice atmosphere. I would like to travel a lot in my job for learn about many realities in the different countries.

Also I´m thinking to take the pedagogy the next year, because the children are geniuses, are the best artists!!! I would like to guide and I get along well with the childrens, we could do a wonderful things!!!
